ClearSpace, as a lean startup, makes extensive use of any valuable products facilitating research and development. The modeling of spacecraft flexible structures, and the associated robust controller synthesis, is a problem for which SDTLib offers a state-of-the-art solution. Flexible modes have a major impact in the pointing budget of our in-orbit servicer Endurance. STDLib help us to model the composite spacecraft, including all types of deployables as well as the docking arm. DyCSyT engineering services help us understand the trade-off between the docking mechanism rigidity and the controllability of the spacecraft, and ultimately derive requirements for the docking system that would guarantee compliance to pointing requirement after docking. We want to use STDLib and DyCSyT\u00a0services for upcoming CDR of our Endurance flagship project.<\/p>\n

The modeling of spacecraft flexible structures, and the associated robust controller synthesis, is a problem for which SDTLib offers a state-of-the-art solution. Flexible modes have a major impact in the pointing budget of our in-orbit servicer Endurance. STDLib help us to model the composite spacecraft, including all types of deployables as well as the docking arm. DyCSyT engineering services help us understand the trade-off between the docking mechanism rigidity and the controllability of the spacecraft, and ultimately derive requirements for the docking system that would guarantee compliance to pointing requirement after docking. We want to use STDLib and DyCSyT\u00a0services for upcoming CDR of our Endurance flagship project.<\/p>\n
